Bob and Traci are members of the Multiple Listing Service so hundreds of other realtors are also able to show and sell their listings. Bob always had an interest in real estate and became a licensed real estate broker in 1989. Traci has been a Realtor for five years. Together they are working hard to sell homes in the Omaha area. Bob also brings his 20 years of legal experience drafting and negotiating contract terms as an attorney to all of the clients they represent. Bob received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Bob's experience can spot red flags in contract terms before leading to costly surprises before the closing. Traci and Bob have lived in Omaha's historic mid town for over 23 years beginning in Holy Cross and living in the Field Club Neighborhood for the past 19 years. Bob and Traci have been active in their neighborhoods having served as President of the Field Club Homeowners League and in various leadership positions at Our Lady of Lourdes.
